I even tried exporting to a single file with just the cut line and same issue (shows as black) Using Inkscape .92. I would be happy to look at it but there isn't a file in the link. Your red in the SVG is "225" not "255".

You likely have an M2 Nano board in the laser today which K40 Whisperer can drive. LightBurn does not support that board, at least not directly.
